Dan Henn • Managing Partner

Dan Henn is the Managing Partner of MD Holdings, and currently serves on the Board of Managers at Delasco, Advantage Surveillance and Nuance Medical. Prior to forming MD Holdings, Dan was President of StatLab Medical Products from 2009–2017, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Harvard Business School. In addition to his partnerships through MD Holdings, Dan has invested in and supported companies operating in diverse end-markets, including:

EMI-Porta: Manufacturer and distributor of residential elevator components and systems. Partnership formed in 2017, board member from 2017 to 2020.

HealthMark Group: Provider of software and technology-enabled health information management solutions. Partnership formed in 2018, board member from 2018 to 2019.

LAW Publications: Leading provider of community education materials used by law enforcement agencies. Partnership formed in 2016, board member from 2016 to present.

MedCerts: Provider of online training for jobs in healthcare and information technology. Partnership formed in 2017.

Mission Veterinary Partners: Operator of general practice animal hospitals located throughout the United States. Partnership formed in 2018.


 

Ryan Mack • Partner

Ryan Mack is a Partner at MD Holdings. Prior to joining MD Holdings, Ryan was an Investment Manager in the Investment Office at the University of Notre Dame, responsible for the University’s $20 billion endowment fund (as of 6/30/2021). During his nearly eight years on the Investment Team, Ryan served in a number of roles. Most recently he was a member of the Private Equity team, responsible for investments in buyout, growth equity and venture capital opportunities. He was also heavily involved in the endowment’s direct and co-investment program. In addition to his time at Notre Dame, Ryan spent three years at a private holding company in the Dallas area, where he was responsible for acquisitions, financial analysis and strategic initiatives. He also served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for one of the firm’s portfolio companies. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
